    OH OH I hate that feeling maybe you went too hard slow it down a bit next time ok or eat and see if that helps. Hope you feel better.

      Sarah,

      I went to the doctor and she checked my blood sugar and I had bottomed out at 52. See, I am type II diabetic and my meds have already been cut in half, but this morning I took my pill and then exercised and the exercised caused me to bottom out. I am ok now.

        oh I hate insulin shock

        as to the rest days that has to go with growing muscles and resistance training you actually tear the muscle a little ands it needs 48 hours to repair so you worl the groups every other day. aerobics is different so you can go every day if you want to.
