        Got in Ramp It Up.

        I think it was because it was almost lunch time when I tried to exercise before. Almost 6 hours since breakfast and I needed some lunch. After lunch, did some stuff around the house and then did RIU. Able to get through it. Feels good too!

            I did it! I did it! I did Burn it up. To tell you the truth, I didn't notice much difference between RIU and BIU except BIU is an hour and RIU is 45 minutes. It's a longer cardio but all the moves seem to be the same. Of course the floor work was longer...the leg work on the floor...still a killer.

              I didn't notice much difference either, longer and not as much ab work...more butt and leg work...

                  Wanna-You are going to make the rest of us look like wimps if you keep up at the pace you are going. I'm struggling my way through RIU and haven't even thought about BIU. I hope you aren't too sore tomorrow. It seems to take a day or so for the pain to hit.

                  6Pack done for the day. I never noticed this before but Debbie scolded Greg and told him to get his shoulders off the floor. It cracked me up. Even the big smirky boy struggles through the workout and he's been doing it longer than us.

                  I am going to try to follow in Wanna's footsteps and try BIU tomorrow. If it seems like a killer I will back down to one of the other levels since I'm still trying to master RIU.

                    There's really not a big difference between RIU and BIU...just longer. Give it a try.

                    My butt is really sore right now and I'm sure it will be even more sore tomorrow.

                        I got Burn it Up done this morning early, thank goodness! I really needed to get it in, I was worried about doing it because I hadn't done it in two days but It seemed easier today for some reason, I guess my body needed a bit of time off to recover.

                            If you're struggling to get through RIU, you might want to hold off the move to BIU until you can get through it without struggling.

                              BoxerMom, I'm with you - I think Wanna's just trying to make the rest of us look bad!! I can't move on to BIU, even if I wanted to, because I don't have the tape yet. For now, I'm concentrating on having the best form possible and going deeper, etc. I even find it useful to drop back down to SIU to work on form.

                              I watched the Yoga Booty Ballet video for the first time tonight. Craziness - I didn't think anything could look hard after Si6!

                                RIU completed for tonight It went well, I still have to get used to moving from one thing to another so fast, sometimes I need to pause it to catch my breath or just not to hurt before moving on to the next. See you all tomorrow, take care!!
