    I just bought the Si6 dvds. My 30th birthday is 6 weeks from now, so .. we'll see. *g*

    I'm going to continue to run because I love it, but these can't hurt, right? I've heard such great things about them from you all. I'll chime in here when they come, but I thought I'd say hello!

          Ok guys, RIU done for today, day 18/36. Just noticed, I've got only 50% left to do,,,Half way there! Gee time goes by fast when you're having fun eh? I must admit it is getting easier and easier, and I'm waiting impatiently for BIU dvd, don't you just hate snail mail, when you want something so badly. Wow, never thought I would say that for an exercise tape

                Hey guys, I usually wake up at 4:30 too to work out but I couldn't do it today, I was so exhausted! Instead I'm gonna work out this evening, as soon as I get home from work. Tomorrow I'll set my alarm and be up before the sun to Burn it Up!

                  Welcome Reveal. Let us know when you get your SI6 and until then you can do what I did...workout with us mentally, then you'll be all warmed up and ready to go when your DVDs arrive.

                      When I swam competitively I was in the pool at 6:00 am and I found that REALLY hard. I can't imagine 4:30 am. I'm not a morning person.

                          Ramp It Up done for today.

                          Had a doctor appt this AM. He was very pleased with the results. According to his scale, I've lost 52lbs since May. He was amazed that I was still sticking to the low carb plan, even though he is the one who recommended it! He even told my husband, "Listen to your wife"...oooh, doctor's orders...now maybe he'll listen and try this "low carb thing" I'm doing!

                          Thanks for all the congrats and support with going down another size. This is an unbelievable place (this board)...people who I never met, giving me support and making me feel like anything is possible.

                          Brook, now I know of two great things that make April 5 a special day!
