    Yoly and Val: I'll see you two tomorrow at 4:30 AM. I'll bring the water and the towel. I am still on Ramp It Up and will be for quite a while. I've done Burn It Up ("They call it Burn It UP for a reason") and I am in no hurry to rush into it until I can do the lunges without holding on to the chair.

    qbu: Yeah, its pretty great to come here for the support. Its nice to know that your doctor agrees with what you are doing. I hear so many negative things about Atkins, but I love this WOE even though I haven't been fair to myself and really stuck to the plan. I love that I can go out to eat without having to bring along special food. I see that you are 41. I'll be there in January. You are proof that we can lose weight after 40.

    BTW, Shelly, your pictures are very impressive. What a difference in your face! You look beautiful.

          Just finished Burn it Up, but I skipped the ab part and the stretch/yoga part and did Slim in 6 pack instead. I felt like making my abs burn, and they were smokin! I am sooo glad I did this today, it is so hard for me to get my workouts in in the evenings but I managed to do it today and tomorrow I will get up and do them early, yeay!

          Hiya Reveal, I haven't seen you around in a while, how ya been sweetie? I hope you get your tapes soon so you can join us on this challenge it is really awesome! and will get you guaranteed results.

          Cruisergal - you are so my hero, I can't believe you did Si6 on vacation, how great do you feel! I bet it was fantastic! I am going to be out of the country coming up in a few weeks and hadn't thought to take my workout tape with me, jon's laptop plays DVDs so I guess i'm gonna have to do it now, lol, thanks a lot cruisergal (groan), lol, j/k.

          Turner, Val - it is so nice to know that I am not the only maniac waking up at 4:30 in the morning to sweat. Not that you guys are maniacs, but that's what hubby calls me every morning when the alarm clock goes off, lol. I'll be sweating it out with you gals in the morning.

          I am so proud of all of us, here working hard, pushing, really going for the gusto, these workouts are really hard and we are all here pushing ourselves to the limit, great job everybody, here's a pat on the back for a job well done ^^^

          Ok, so I'm off. I have homework, dinner, shower, and bed, in that order, lol. Catch you guys later.

            Hi yall!!! Well, I am back at it as of bright and stormy this morning!!!! Ick the weather here is nasty. I didn't wanna get out of bed!!! But, I did and RIU is complete for the day. I may do a little extra ab work tonight, but no promises

                I just finished BIU and those butt exercises aren't getting any easier. The ab work isn't very long so I just might do what Yoly did and do the slim in 6 pack instead of the ab section of BIU. Slim in 6 pack is part of SI6 right? I haven't really looked at everything yet.

                  Yes Wanna, it is on both disks. I totally would encourage you to do it, you can actually feel your abs getting stronger, lol. I like the ab work on RiU but on BiU it is not nearly as good. I just stopped it 6 minutes from the end and did 6 pack, it hurt but felt great too. I'm a sadist, lol.

                      LOL, gotcha. It's 13 minutes or so. I groaned when I saw how long it was but surprisingly it goes by pretty fast.
