BIU is done for the day. It was UGLY - but it's done.
I bumped up to 8lb dumbbells for the shoulder work and it was a good call. It was tough, but I still popped off every rep. I might have to bump to 10's by next week.
I had to modify more than I wanted to today, but <shrug> such is life.
According to my HR moniter:
59 minutes 05 seconds
18 minutes 37 seconds in target heart rate zone
Average heart rate 156
Max heart rate 185!
Calories burned: 599!
I read some really interesting stuff at Beach Body about heart rate and target zone. I'll post it here somewhere - LOL

Really though, I'm so happy with this challenge, it was hard to keep up the 6 day a week routine at first, but now that it's a habit, I love it!
