    If I find a good copy on Ebay, I will start the challenge. It sounds fun!

      I would not have been able to get through this challenge without moaning and groaning on this thread.

        For those of you who have tried Power 90--do you like it? I have the set but have never tried it. It was the same story with Si6 until i joined the vidiots challenge. I would appreciate any input on P90.

            OK, I followed FGs lead and did RIU. I know what you mean now. It's not that it's necessarily easy, but there is no challenge! And no pain! Even with the *** crampers! Wow! Except during the crunches, those were still a bit of a challenge. I miss those crunches!!

            I am all for a TJ challenge after this one. I am so going to be sick of Debbie in 3 more weeks!

              Hi girls...

              You know, you could add some wrist weights or use light dumbells to RIU or BIU to add the ouch back into the workout! Oo-ooo, and add the ankle weights and that would make your a$$crampers scream at you again!

                Or add one of those weighted balls clutched behind your knee during the bent leg leg lifts.
