    OK and I have to confess. Those upper cut punches? I am watching Debbie on a big screen TV, and she is like equal to me... and I am upper cutting her CROTCH! On purpose!!

            Barb- Did you get the discount offer emailed to you? - If you did, just go into BeachBody's live chat and give them the link. They'll credit it back to your card right then and there. I ALWAYS have great luck with their chat support staff. The email stuff bites.

            (((LC))) I'm glad you're okay!

            I managed to get about 2.5 hours of sleep and I'm feeling like such a slug. I'm absolutely ashamed of myself. Tonight at work I'll get 6pack done at least, and if I have energy, I'll knock out a couple of BIU segments - but not enough to get too hot and sweaty. The last thing I need to be here at work is sweaty. Ewwww.

            I've had to work hard to find the technique to work my abs with those upper cut punches and the straight punches too. I've found if I concentrate hard on keeping my abs really tight and I throw those upper cuts at more of a cross angle across my body so I twist a bit when I throw them I get quite a burn. I don't know if that makes any sense...........

            I'll get my butt in gear. I will. I swear. I started the stupid challenge and at this rate I'm gonna be the LAST one to finish it. ARGH!

              Ok another day of BIU done. To amuse myself during the Ab exercises, I counted 140 crunchies in BIU, as compared to 160 in RIU. Thought that BIU would be alot less than RIU,but was proven wrong! Hmmmm, what will my next task be? Maybe to see how many times Debbie harps "8 more"

                No BUI today. It's my day off. I'm going to the gym and then back home to workout with the house (cleaning).

                  Barb-My stomach already hurts and then you had to make me laugh and double my pain with your comment about Debbie's crotch. That caught me off guard. I thought you were trying to uppercut her face.

                  Brook-You'll get caught up on the challenge along with the other people that got a late start.

                  I sweated and stumbled through BIU and now my extremities feel like noodles. I have a lot of housework to be done and my arms are going to be floppy and lazy. I need to do si6 pack today but that will be much later.

                    Wanna - I think that the uppercut punches are meant to work your waist, not your arms. I feel like I'm working if I concentrate on my waist.

                    I _ache_ today, so I think it's definitely going to be a rest day. I may do SiL later on. I wish I already had my Cool it Off tape, but it hasn't arrived yet. Right now, I'm waiting for the yummy yummy codeine to kick in, LOL.

                      BIU completed for another day. I can take a day off tomorrow, yahhhh! I'm still sweating throughout the program, and it's yuckky, but a good feeling as well to know that sweat is fat as well! I'm now 7/9ths of the way to completion, or another 8 day worth! Can hardly wait!

                          I'm taking today off too...just came in from my outside Christmas decorating/shopping extravaganza and I'm tired. It's time to eat some dinner and relax!

                            What's the challenge gonna be? If it is Turbo and Slim Series, I am just doing Slim Series because I don't have the $$$ to order Turbo right now. "How can I be out of money when I still have checks?"
                            Today is my BIU day, but I could seriously slack off. Good thing that all of you are here to kick me off of the couch! That said, I am committing to SI6P and BIU today.

                              RIU done! I had the time for BIU but my legs and arms are still screaming from yesterday and I thought I would do something a little less intense.

                              Beachbody is supposed to be sending my TurboJam stuff and it may take up to two weeks for delivery. Why two weeks for delivery? Especially when they charge $12.50 for S & H.

                                Turner, I'm not going to order Turbo Jam just yet. I want to get used to using everything I already own first, and my b-day's in just a few months. So if the new challenge is a Slim/Turbo rotation, I think I'm just going to rotate the Slim Series and Si6 tapes that I own (all of them, except Keep it Up, Shape it Up, and Tear it Up) with other stuff that I have (YBB live, Fit TV shows), trying to get more of a cardio rotation going.
