    Ohhhh Cruiser, I forgot about your injury! Shoot! Take it easy when you start back up!

    Not done anything yet. Just getting up. My kids are keeping me up later than usual! LOL.

        I did Keep It Up this morning. I had to do something different. It was only 39 minutes long. It had lunges, but they were side lunges. I'm glad I tried this workout. It had a lot of push-ups, which I couldn't complete. There was no ab work -- thats bad. I guess I could've popped in slim in 6 pack, but I didn't!

          Another 1 down, and only 1 more BIU session to go! BTW Barb, this is a new injury I must be a real klutz!!! But it's much better today,and I was able to complete the workout, with a couple of pauses!!!

                  I'll be back at it as of Monday. I'm still coughing up a lung every time I do anything. It sucks.

                  I also called Beach Body to see where the heck my Slim Series is at! THEY DIDN'T PROCESS MY ORDER. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

                  By the time I was done, I got a $25 discount and 3-5 business day shipping. It'll be here by the end of next week.
                  I'm anxious for the next challenge to start and I'm hoping I can knock out all the workouts of this challenge before then!

                      I've been bad this week...still not 100% myself, ran to the clinic this afternoon because of continuing sinus issues (got antibiotics so hopefully my head will clear up) and otherwise making "exercuses" why I'm not exercising this last week (*sigh*)...

                      I'm aiming for a restart with Ramp It Up on Monday and then the new challenge!

                        Seems like it's been a long time since I've posted here.

                        Life's been hectic this past week and haven't had much time to get online or much time for myself.

                        I did manage to do RIU 12-17, 18, and 19.

                        The rest of my week was spent running all over creation for one thing or another, or staying late at work for meetings. Should calm down a bit now, have the next week off.

                        I'll get RIU in today before anyone is awake and I need to start the last minute preparations.

                        Brook, the webpage for the next challenge looks great!

                            Good news today. My TJ video's came, finally.

                            I haven't exercised today and it's not looking very promising. The TV's are being used by the kids with no sign of them sharing. I might try using the computer for a screen if I have time.

                            I am really eager to try TJ but won't let myself try it until I've met my Si6 goals. I'm so tired of Debbie and I'm bribing myself to not be a quitter. I am a really sick individual to be using TJ as a exercising reward but I had to resort to desperate measures.

                                RIU done today. Didn't want to but bribed myself with TJ. I tried Learn and Burn after I finished RIU. I think it will be a lot of fun once my coordination improves. I sure liked the pace and the way the counter showed how many minutes were done. That motivates me more than the ticker that shows how many minutes are left.
