    Yay Cruisergal!! I was just thinking about you this morning, wondering if that slow boat the mail was on got there yet!
    Getting myself geared up to BIU here shortly. As soon as DH leaves for work.

        Completed BIU this morning. Can you say Ouch!!! Gosh, that is one tough workout -- but I love it. I don't think I'll EVER be able to do the lunges right. I just can't keep my balance. I am feeling a little stiff, nothing I can't handle.

            Burn it up done. The asscrampers are not a problem anymore, but I am with FG. Those LUNGES I don't know if I will ever get through them all!

              Just completed BIU, and the sweats still pouring down. Those a$$crampers are a killer, needed to take a few mini pauses there again! I actually look forward every morning to tackling the workout. Don't think I'll ever be able to return to RIU and for sure not SIU at this point. My body seems to enjoy being pushed to the next level! What's after BIU?

                  Ankle weights for asscrampers? ARE YOU NUTS?!! LOL

                  Yeah..those lunges are a serious killer. I can get through all of the lunges, but the 8 count holds are another story. Oyyy!

                  BIU is done for the day

                  Cruiser- Keep It Up and the Slim Series are what are designed to come after Si6. They're all killer workouts that are about the same intensity as BIU.

                  Rikki- Why don't you move up to BIU instead of doing RIU & TJ?

                        Thanks for the whoo hoos!

                        Just finished RIU, Si6p, and SiL. It was a big debate whether to do SiL or pilates, though. I really like that pilates routine (I got the "For Dummies" tape).

                        I hate to say it, but I think I'm ready to move on to BIU. Tomorrow would normally be my rest day. Should I rest tomorrow and then do BIU on Thursday, or just leap into BIU tomorrow? Not sure whether a break will help or hurt with the transition.

                        I noticed that my legs and lower body look really different now. This is a great routine.

                            SI6P last night (that makes 2 days this week)
                            RIU completed this morning.
                            LC: I am supposed to go to BIU on Friday. I am not looking forward to this. I remember the pain, the sweat, the look in Debbie's eyes as she tries to make it through another set, Steve sneaking a drink of water. Wait! Those are things that I love. I'll see you with BIU on Friday!

                                RIU done!

                                I checked my calendar and I should be done with my 36 workouts by Christmas. It will be the nicest gift I have ever given myself.

                                The crampers were much easier this morning but the arms were killer. I am confused about this. Somedays are easy and others much harder. I never know what to expect.
