    DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! !

    Burned it Up and workout number 36 is officially completed!

    My stats are really rough, because I think I measured wrong in the beginning and I'm suffering from some holiday/flu bloat. But, even with that, I think I've lost at least 0.5 lbs, at least 1-2% body fat, and between 0.25 and 0.5 inches off of most of my measurements. The biggest change is in my thighs, where I lost about 0.5 inches off the largest part of each leg. Whoo hoo!!! Debbie is the greatest, although I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to doing something else tomorrow . . . pilates . . . YBB . . . Tamilee's stretch . . . who knows.

            Thanks Sheshy and Brook - I can't tell you how great it feels to have made it through this challenge. At times, it was a lot harder than I expected, but the rewards are greater too. I can't wait to see the changes that come with the next challenge.

              Oh I can't WAIT for the next one to start.

              I'm pumping my vitamins and minerals and avoiding kissing and hugging my family like the plague so I can actually FINISH the next one. I'm still so bent! Two and a half friggin' weeks of being mega sick really kicked my butt.

              For the next challenge though..it's ON!

                  WoW you guys rock!!!!!! I wonder if I can continue this challenge till I am done with my 24 while doing the next one... I guess we shall seeeee!!!!! I am disappointed in myself b/c I could telll a huge difference even in the first couple of weeks!!!! I know better!!!! ok- I am soo ready to get this party started again!!!!

                    WOOOHOOO LAWYERCHICK!! WAY to goooooooooo!!!! That was a rough one, hanging with Debbie for so long. But you are right, worth it!! Good for you!
                    I have been breaking from the videos for a couple days, resting up my knees so I will be ready for the next one! Well, actually I have been doing S&Limber and S&6pack, which I never really did much before. I am really liking the Slim and Limber, wondering WHY I never did it much before LOL.

                            It's me. I just can't stay away from this place.

                            I did Pilates for Dummies, Intermediate tonight. Debbie has spoiled me for other workouts, though. I just didn't feel like I was working that hard compared to the wheezing and gasping I do during BIU!
