Burned it Up and workout number 36 is officially completed!
My stats are really rough, because I think I measured wrong in the beginning and I'm suffering from some holiday/flu bloat. But, even with that, I think I've lost at least 0.5 lbs, at least 1-2% body fat, and between 0.25 and 0.5 inches off of most of my measurements. The biggest change is in my thighs, where I lost about 0.5 inches off the largest part of each leg. Whoo hoo!!! Debbie is the greatest, although I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to doing something else tomorrow . . . pilates . . . YBB . . . Tamilee's stretch . . . who knows.
