Sorry I've been absent this week--it's been crazy!
Mon--40 min, about 3.5-4mi--I slowed down a little bit, still recovering from Sat--felt great!
Tues--track workout in the evening--400m warmup, then 6x400m sprints, with 200m-400m recovery walk/jogs in between each lap of 400m--I only ended up doing 4 1/2 instead of 6 repeats; it took me forever to get out there in traffic, so most were almost finished when I got there, and I lost all my running partners, plus I am so new to this, and sprinting is just NOT my cup of tea! Yikes! Not to mention a cold front blew in and it WAS COLD!! I had my ballet/lyrical jazz class right after, and my teacher told me I should do sprints before every class, as my chaine turns were"perfect"--yeah, right! HAHAHA!
Wed-off from running, but I did weight training/ab work--I'm a little sore now!
Thurs.(today)--35 min--more of a tempo run, as it was quite chilly out there! Tonight, I may do some pilates or other ab work, or tomorrow a.m.--though, I may do my yoga--haven't done that for a while...
