How do you schedule exercise into your day? Do you do it before you leave for work? After work? During your lunch hour?
And, do you workout with someone else or alone?

I usually work out while dinner is in the oven. The only time I ever work out in the morning is if I know I wont' have time that night.
That way it's out of the way and I get to feel good about getting it done for the rest of the day.
