Did my cardio..... 50 minutes on treadmill. I was sooooo tired this morning.
I just can't take a picture in a swim suit...sorry - don't throw me out. I go to a place where I am measured monthly. I'll let everyone know the difference from 1/11 to 2/11.
Side Note: I saw a picture of me from last year and I was so excited that I have lost so much weight (90 lbs from 3/25/04) yet so sad
that I ever let myself get that far. It won't happen again, I promise!

Needless to say, my workouts have suffered. I overslept for running yesterday and today, so I will run tomorrow morning and Fri morning, as I have a 20 mile race Sun.! EEK! I had my dance class last night, so that will count for cardio, and I will do upper body tonight, lower body tomorrow, and upper body again on Fri or Sat....I'll get it straight next week--I will say, though, that certain days are better for me than others, namely the first 3 days each week...My schedule may be a little different, but I plan to get the workouts in...Again, sorry I haven't reported until now...I'll get pictures made soon--TOM started Mon as well
