      it's nice to know this thread is here but i do believe we are all on track since we aren't logging much here

      just to update:
      i was able to do my ball and band today. first time in a long time. my house was full of boxes for so long and i just put some window coverings up in the living room yesterday.
      i am doing the ball push ups at my knees. i got 15 flights in today and because justright wants me to hurry and get the silver, i'll bike for 10 minutes at about 11.5 mph.

      i'm trying 2ibg, i'm trying!!!

              well I did the gym today and had fun showing off as I hear guys ribbing other guys about that girl lifts more then you! I don't like their treadmills as they have the handrails designed for runner carrying their hands highand I'm whacking the back of my hand on the end of the rails as I walk swinging my arms.

              if you order yur gold this yr Jimmie jo you get a speacila anniversary 50 yrs design is why I want you to get the silver sooner you been sitting on Bronze a long time I maen you beat Bardbe there but she ran all the way to gold doing those tapes and things.

                i know 2ibg. the girls doing the slimin6 and all the stuff were able to add up more points than me and quicker. i am only logging my bike and calisthenics, which include the push ups, crunches, ball and band. i have not even logged my flights. maybe i should. i can estimate the time i have done. i can do 12 flights in 2 minutes.
                what would you do? would you count the flights?

                oh even if i get my bronze soon, i don't thing there is any way to get the gold by years end. my gosh that's alot of points.

                  heck yep add those stoars it is to get us to exercise consistantly that the program was started and stair flights is very good exercise.

                          Skipped my exercise today as had an early start, but did the dog walk (which is so brisk now it's almost a trot!). Other days have been right on track.

                            Been a while since I've popped in here...

                            I've been keeping up with my weights at the gym, 2 days back and chest, 2 days tri's and bi's and 15 mins of interval stairmaster each day (i'm climbing Kilimanjaro ). I've als been keepin up with my running though I'm still only at 1.5 -2 miles a day. I'd like to up that to 2.5/3. I took a week off was in Boston but I walked around alot..wanted to jog but it poured pretty much the whole week, I would have been soaked...

                              i was wondering how the climb was going. i am anxious to see how the stairmaster compares with old fashioned stairs.

                                Well on my interval program I can do 60 flights in about 15 mins. I'm hoping to start doing more than 15 mins soon, i'm starting to feel like i can maybe go 20..
