Ok Jimmie... tomorrow has arrived! No excuses... can't procrastinate any longer! Gonna check out the exercise of the day!
Did my exercise, but no dog walk due to horrid storm. Cleaned house instead, so am feeling virtuous!

Nice to see ya Denise. Oh boy, don't I know how 'life' gets in the way! With Benji growing so... it's a great way to slowly increase your exercise!!! But... am getting a funny visual of you and Benji in about fifteen years time!!!!!

it's good to see you denise!

you just keep on lifting benji. at least that's something.
just like sal said, that's gonna be a real muscle buildeing when benji gets a few more years on him!
some of us weren't keep the course very well but we're trying. you might want to join that little 5 minute procrastinators challenge.

sal, jess is not putting up a EOTD on weekends but there's plenty to choose from, she's been doing it for several weeks now. that boxer was a killer!

easy or hard it's still five mins extra... and that's way better than five mins less!

you have a very good point, sal. at least it was movement.

              how is everyone doing?
i know sadie will be hit and miss but probably at least walking the dogs.
              sal, how are you doing?
              denise, still lifting benji?

i got biking in for 2 days in a row!

you know, i really do enjoy the flights and biking. not the giddy all over feeling like but i do my best at those two things.

Yep Jimmie... all updated! See, I'm an update addict... I change my siggy every time I come online almost!!! Better than being a scale addict I suppose, though I'm that too!
Anyway... finished Ben today and started on Mont Blanc. The number of flights is daunting!

i had to do a bit of updating for the pledging flights, sal. for some reason i didn't have you down as finishing snowden. my chart is all better now.
i know the daunting feeling. the three digit climbs seemed like clockwork and now we hit the climbs with 4 digits. yikes!!! sadie might have had the right idea to get kilimanjaro out of the way first!

how is everyone doing with exercise? i'm slacking but not as bad as before. still need to find the groove i was in though.

Thing about grooves is that they get deeper the more you do! It's groovy!
                        Keep plugging away Jimmie!

As for me...still on track... but forcing myself 'cos I know it's gonna be hard when away from home for a few days around Christmas.

i got 45 minutes of biking in yesterday!!! yah for me!!! kidneys are still being a bother and the climbing flights does not feel so good but the bike worked out good. i'll do that again today i think.

if i ever get on the stability ball again, i'll have to place it at my thighs again. i have really slacked off on those. well, i basically slacked off on everything.

sal, i hear ya on the groove thing. grooves get to be ruts perhaps?

Hope not Jimmie! And if they do it's time to hop across to another groove!

Glad your biking went well and hope your kidneys stop playing up soon!

New job keeping me on my toes. Exercise is ...or is it ...but I'm still working Benji, still doing my stop-starts/up-downs and at least getting some extracirricular physical activity in, whether it's making myself walk the stairs vs. elavator or shovel or whatever. Still holding steady weight wise.

                                Hugs to all
