Re: The Goalie's Challenge Exercise Thread
Good to see you Denise! Hope your new job is fun, as well as keeping you on your toes. Sounds like you're still keeping moving too... which must make Benji very happy!
I've been completely off track (exercise wise) for five days over Christmas. Was at MILs in Anzio. But did get quite a bit of walking done down there. I seem to have accumulated two/three pounds though over the last couple of months...
all my trips have upset routine. Gotta get rid of those pronto!
Got home yesterday and was back to exercise and dog walk this morning!

well duh jennifer..it's called glucosamine LOL. Anyway I did some reasearch, and I didn't see any proof that it does raise blood sugar levels. They say it acts differently than glucose, i guess if a person was diabetic they'd be best to test their blood sugars, I haven't had any issues yet. I always take mine with a full meal, which is what is recommended and I have had no problems. I may try to cut back though...right now I'm taking about 3000 mgs a day which is what the bottle says..i may cut out 1000 of that (it's 6 pills 3x a day). Here is what i found on it:
