i figured i'd better come in here and post something. i have been down.
jack is gone
the house is a wreck
exercise is taking a beating
my mind has been on overload
on a good note though, i did 15 minutes on my bike, 50 crunches and 50 x 2 with my 6.5 # dumbells. i see some girls starting a sit up challenge. i might check into that. that is something i can do even if everything is packed up.

. It's great you're gettin in your exersize still though..that'll keep your energy up and your mood too hopefully. I might have to check into the cruch challenge. I definately could use the ab work!
