I was talking to someone on the phone last night. She has a genetically (?) great body! We were talking about dieting and I told her that I need to do more cardio to get rid of this extra fat that is covering my hot body.
She was like "Oh noooooo! Do Pilates! You sweat, you feel good, you'll lose weight faster, blah blah blah". I told her I jog. She said it's bad for the knees and that I would get much better results with Pilates.
Your thoughts?

I'll be doing 3-4 days a week to start until I can better schedule my time or get addicted to it. Which ever comes first!
