Just finished My cardio session I was pretty inpressed I ran a Pace of 10 minute per mile for 30 minutes and 9 minute mile for10 minutes I ran a total of 60 minutes and went 6 miles WOOHOO rockin baby. Walked .5 for a total of 6.5 miles for today
