      I just did 70 minutes of Cardio WOOHOO, 60 minutes runnign and 10 minutes walking

        40min on the treadmill. I'm slowly gaining a little speed while keeping my average heartrate in the right range, so that's a good thing.

            Whenever I am walking around the office and there is no one in the hall I do some lunges. Extra can't hurt.

              Excellent Everyone I just Finished My LBW WOOHOO it was Brutal LOL.

              Workout went as follows.

              Lunges 12x0lbs,10x20lbs,8x30lbs,6x40lbs,12x20lbs, changeover Ball Squats 12x20lbs
              Stiff legged Deadlifts 12x90lbs,10x100lbs,8x110lbs,6x120lbs,12x90lbs, no change 12x90lbs
              Standing Calf Raises 12x70lbs,10x80lbs,8x90lbs,6x100lbs,12x80lbs no change 12x90lbs
              Ball Sit Ups 6 sets of 15 reps YOWEY nastie.

              My legs are like Jellow I can hardly stand to walk they are soooo wabbley but, it's all good.

              Sorry bout the sight not being updated everyone I ahve been on a Mad run I will get it done tonight or this weekend.

                So far this week, I've done 5 cardio workouts, 3 BFL workouts and 2 yogas, so today I'm resting

                    Just finished My cardio session I was pretty inpressed I ran a Pace of 10 minute per mile for 30 minutes and 9 minute mile for10 minutes I ran a total of 60 minutes and went 6 miles WOOHOO rockin baby. Walked .5 for a total of 6.5 miles for today
