What works best for you and why?
For me it's more of whenever I get around to it. It depends on my daily schedule. Sometimes I eat before, sometimes after, it depends on when I exercise. I haven't tried a set schedule so I don't know if any other way would work better or not.

but the fact that I actually did it instead of putting it off was amazing. I didn't want to be a slug.. lol.

Actually I'm just doing Si6 and working in some various other exercise (Pilates video or something at the Y) because I don't have the TJ or Slim Series videos.
But it's all good, Si6 is a helluva workout.
