    I exercise twice a day. I get up early to walk for thirty minutes on the treadmill before I go to work and after I get home later in the evening I do thirty minutes of strength training.

      I'd like to do it all day long, but I OWE I OWE ..

      In the evenings during the week and early AM on Saturday I am the lone stranger on the trail.

        I'd never do it if I left it until evening! Every excuse in the book and then some would be utilised.

        I get up at 4.30 am, feed the 5 cats, make my lunch for work, get dressed and go to the gym. I am on their doorstep when they open at 5.30, do my 45 minutes, drive home, have breakfast and get ready for work, and leave about 7.45. Luckily the gym is only a 10 minute drive. I picked it becasue they open early - it is not the cheaqpest, but the hours suit me. So far I've kept to 5 days weekly almost every week, and if I only go 4 I have a long walk on another day.

          I exercise at night (because I can't get up early enough to do it before work!!!!)

            I exercise in the Afternon or late morning that's when my kids are used to me exercising I pop in a tape and giver and they are very good for the time I do my stuff. If I leave it too late I don;t wanna do it at all.

              I wish I could make myself get up earlier than I have to and get my exercise in! Y'all make me jealous!! lol

              I totally understand about not getting it done if you put it off. That happens to me sometimes. I just feel like I have too much to do and don't have time. I need to retrain my brain to make exercise a priority instead of just fitting it in when I can. Ugh
