    I have a shin Splint in my Right leg so I don't have Joint Issuse More like tendon muscle issues But, thanks so much for taking the time I ahve been off resting for over 1 week now so I think a little go will be ok and if I feel any dicomfort I will stop.

        Oh my Betty You are Gunna KILL mE!!! Here I was really set for 20 minutes on the treadmill I was going slow HMMM 20 minutes MAN I felt good. Went 20 More then I looked down and I had run for 1 hour. I would say take me off the Injured List I feel really good Shin is a tad stiff NO PAIN. I am stretching it right now. So I did 5 miles you can smack me if ya want Betty But, I would have stopped had I felt any pain at all which I didn't YAY!!!

            Me too WOOHOOOOO Sarah's Back. For now I am gunna run every other day till it's not stiff any more, then I will start to add the miles back again I don't wanna push it too hard cause I don't want any more setbacks so I will be listening to my body for the next bit. I think running outside will be out of the question until the Ice is gone that's how I hurt myself so I won't be doing any running outside unless the snow is completely melted.

                Like March or April which really Bites My A$$. but I have been running this long on the treadmill I am sure I can handle another month or so. EEEGGAAADDD!!!!

                  WOW what a nastie workout my arms are quivering and I can imagine I will be deadly sore tomorrow. OUCH.

                    Well, sick or not, I managed 14.22 miles on the trail today in a STIFF 35 mph wind. Ugh, I HATE WIND! Couple of times, I thought I was gonna be airborne!! Took me about 3 hours and I burned 1162 calories.
