    Hey all I had a Good Upper Body workout. Workout went as Follows WOOHOO!!!

    Seated Cable Rows 12x80lbs,10x90lbs,8x100lbs,6x110lbs,12x90lbs changeover Late Pulls 12x50lbs
    Hammer curls, 12x10lbs,10x15lbs,8x20lbs,6x25lbs,12x15lbs changeover Cable Curls 12x50lbs
    Upright Rows 12x60lbs,10x70lbs,8x80lbs,6x90lbs,12x70lbs changeover Shoulder Round Press 12x10lbs
    Bench Press 12x30lbs,10x40lbs,8x50lbs,6x60lbs,12x40lbs, changeover upright machine Flies 12x50lbs
    Tricep Dips 12xBW,10xbw,8xbw,6xbw,12xbw, changeover tricep press 12x50lbs

    I will be a running tomorrow I was surprised the thread wasn't started yet WOW. Well unless I missed it HE HE.

    Tomorrow I am going for 5 miles

    WOWzers where are all the runners I can't be the only one. HELLO anybody around. LOL.

    I am getting ready to go for a 5 mile Jont now that I feel AWESOME WOOHOOO. WHo elese would get excited about running for 1 hour. ME ME ME

      Sarah, thanks for starting the thread .. MY BAD!!

      I didn't run Monday cuz it was C O L D .. we got down to 35 degrees last night and my running blood is waaaaaaaaaaay too thin for that! So today after work, I'm going for 6.3 miles. Yay, we're back in the 60s today!

        Lucky Duck in the 60's must be nice it's FREEEZING here YUCKY like -10 EWWWW but, I did manage to get on good ol faithful and run 5 miles. My asthma is gunna be the death of me man it's Horrible. I can't seem to get past it and I am Mad made the run that much harder.

          Just finished my Valentine's Day Love Run of 6.3 miles in an hour 10 min.

          Yes, baby, its warming up nicely today! I am SWEATING!

            Have been off the board a couple of days. Did get my 5 miles in Tuesday and 6 miles in on Wednesday.

              Great job everyone!

              Thursday: 8 miles done. Tomorrow is a rest day, then Saturday will be 12 miles as the tapering continues to marathon day.

                Yay Betty, I did 6.5 miles in 75 minutes.

                I also looked at some wicked Treadmills WOOHOOO. the one I want has an otho Belt is Loaded and it ROCKs I ran on it and WOW what a treat it's like running on a cloud man I'm not gunna want to run outside on that baby. It has a ton of Programs a HEART rate monitor built in and 2 custom Programs so I can do my Mary run on there WOOOHOO SOOOO excited.

                    I'm gettign MY NEW fangle Dangle treadmill today WOHOOOO YA I am soooo excited how Fab HEY. You know I am gunna have to run today even know it's a schedualed day off I just gotta test it out and give it a run YAY. It's gunna be sooo great incline up to 12% not like I'll use it and the lenghth of the running track is longer. YAY me I am such a loser this excites me. I was gunna go for the cheaper one But Hubby insists I get the good one. He is like Jeese Sarah you run Upwards of 40 MPW in training you don't want the cheaper one you want the treadmill with all the stuff and one that will last. He's right it's 500 Bucks more but, just looking at it it looks so much more like what will last also it has all the stuff I need for training HR monitor is a must since the other one I had sucked the big Fat one and I took it back. It was too weak and wouldn't work most ofd the time.

                    SO any how I will tell ya later and take a pic of it I am sooo excited.

                      WOW, Sarah, it sounds awesome!! Can't wait to see pix!!! I think your hubby is right; you would wear out the cheap one in nooooooooooooooooo time!

                        Saturday: Okay, so I said I'd do 12 .. and I did, plus another 1.6 miles! Twelve just didn't seem quite enough, yanno? Yeah, I'm nuts!!

                        Today was my last long run, so I wanted to push it a little farther. Actually my heart was telling me to go more than I did, but my brain said 'AHEM....SAVE THE LEGS'...........

                        Anyway, 13.6 miles done in 2:45, which is right on the pace I hope to keep next Sunday, approximately a 12 minute mile pace. Fingers crossed that I can do that.

                        Right now though, my MAIN GOAL is just to cross that finish line. And, like Sarah has said, "I will cross that finish line even if I have to drag my sorry @ss across it!"

                          The treadmill rocks I am soo used to my other one that it feelsweird good But weird this one Is like a Luxury liner but, it feels like it works my legs more that's all right though and the HR monitor works awesome. I did 20 quick minutes on it and MY HR got up to 180 I was going at as good clip and ran that for 10 minutes adn could ahve went longer HE HE.

                              Good afternoon all,

                              Just checking in. Got my 9 miles in this morning.
                              Basically just running 30-35 mile weeks til marathon training starts in July for a fall marathon.
