Hey girl I am Young HE EH I just wanted to Push it since I wasn't running too long I didn't feel like I was pounding that hard but I looked down. My perception of exerction is weird I can run hard and not feel like it. My Max HR for my age is 190 that's My 85% max which is good for a Fast run HE HE. My hr when I run has always been a bit higher I can still run for hours everyone is sooo different.
