  • Starting Slim in 6

    I got my SI6 yesterday. I started today at 7am with the SIU I think tonight Ill do the SIL, Boy those pliƩs were a killer. Im going to do the 6 weeks with SI6, then move to YBB, then back to core secrets, and whatever other worouts I acquire......

      woo hoo for you check out the vidiots challenge in the exercise board.many of them do those tapes too tell them you are new and they will give you great advice like hang on to something when you go to sit on the toilet theday after doing all those sqauts and encouragement too.

        Hi Electra!! Congrats on starting SiS! It really is a great workout. Just know that tomorrow you are going to be in pain, and not want to work out again, but know that you have to keep doing it! It will get better, I promise! And the results from that program are awesome! Join us over at the Vidiots House of Pain, we ***** and whine about Debbie constantly LOL.

          Hey Electra, good for you, for starting Si6, you'll love it! A bunch of us just completed a Si6 challenge recently, and eventhough we complained bitterly about Debbie, we loved the workout!!! It brings on great results!

            Thanks everyone. Debbie has been kicking my butt. But I feel wonderful after Im done. I think Im going to do the SIU for the full 2 weeks. Ive been doing the SIU in the AM then 6 pack and SIL in the PM. I just got YBB, I mat do the basic in the afternoon. Since I changed my work at home job schedule so i work ain the evenings I have more time for me!
