Re: Cool Running for the week of February 19, 2006
Hey you guys! Just checking in to say hi. I've done absolutely NOTHIN' for the last three weeks. I got hit hard with pneumonia and have really had to take it easy. No running, cycling, swimming or even curling for me. Hopefully next week.
Keep at it you guys! And Betty, I'm so psyched for your marathon!

I did 5k on Sunday, 2 Miles on Monday, and 4 miles tonight. (I was feeling a bit drained after giving plasma today.) I am going to start attempting 2x days workouts on MWF from now on. I am attempting to maintain what I started in Guard, but no guarantees though. The 2 miles in the morning should be a nice wake up for work.
