        I will Analog HE HE it's pretty darn awesome lots Of buttons if I was a MAN I would be in heaven ROFL J/K HE HE HE

        It can be a bit overwhelming but man the Programs really work ya more then you ever would think of.

              WOW Betty I will Be thinking of you on your RUN.

              I ahve been down again with the FLU between Puking and the number 2 from **** I have been stuck by the bathroom. SO today I feel better but, I am taking this day cause I wasn't feeling 100% as of yet and I don't want a relapse.

                  Ran 70 minutes walked 20 minutes was a good run and felt really good to do it after havving been sick for most of the Week.

                        DID my 10 Miles today Holly Cow I feel like I am out of Shape man that used to be nothing I really had to push out the last 3 miles Holly cow But I did it and I am really Proud of Myself.
