I was wondering, what do you guys do, aerobic or anaerobic exercise? I know aerobic burns fat, but then they say anaerobic burns carbs and indirectly burns fat by increasing your metabolism. So, which do you do and which do you think is better?
I've been doing anaerobic and didn't even know it. I train on my elliptical for 30-60 minutes 5 days a week right now, and my heart rate stays around 155. It should be between 130-170. I am also OUT OF BREATH when I'm exercising.
BUt then, when you get into the higher numbers, isn't it more cardio? I am starting to get confused with all this info. I used to know what it all ment, but when you're ACTUALLY using the info for yourself..it slipped away! LOL
