so i ran full out for 30 min...and i felt like i was working reallly hard!! and it was a lot more diffucult than the ellpitical machine...however... when i looked at the calories i only burned 300 as oppoesed to the 420-450 that i burn on the elliptical for that same time...so is this right?
should i keep running or go for the thing that burns more calories???
