          Re: Weight Training

OH, surely I would start weight training right now I began when I had 120 lbs to lose. Weight training is awesome for losing fat and also you can be heavier and look a lot smaller which is awesome. You may find that when you start weight training you will stay the same weight for a while and then after about 5 weeks start to lose, you may also find that you need to lose less weight cause of the Muscle you are building. It's all good though.

I would not try to do just certain Body parts it will make you look unproportioned to build the best body work all your body parts that way you ahve a great Body all the way around if that makes sence to you. Kinda like the men who go to the Gym and only work their upper body and thay have chicken legs it looks funny.

Take care and have a fun time lifting it's awesome for your mind Body and Soul.
