i haven't worked out for about 5 days b/c of vacation but this morning/afternoon i did an hour and a half of cardio!!!!
25 min on the bike doing the hill thingy 35 min on the eliptical doing w/l course and 25 min on the treadmill...running!! woo hoo
that felt goood!!!
