Thanks Betty!! Spain was amazing. The one day I did get to run, it was along the coast of the Mediterranean! Too cool.

I *completely* agree, running outside is about a zillion times better than running inside.

1.1 yesterday (did a lot of biking too)

I remember when running a mile used to be a big deal to me... now it's like "man, I'm barely warmed up in the first THREE miles, it's hardly worth doing it if it's any less than that". Funny how we change, huh?

I so agree!!! I thought the day would *never* come that I could run a full mile without stopping! Now, I refuse to run a 5k cuz its not worth putting on my shoes!!

YA for sure that's the Point HE HE. I am really feeling my metabolism right now it's really reved. I never dreamed I would run that fast but, I was speedy today I won't be doing that again for a bit for sure. I am sooo glad I could push that out though that was totally rediculous and a huge accomplishment and a Great feeling. WOW ((PAT, PAT on my back) YAY.

4.5 miles in yesterday - Yippee!! I have always felt that the first mile is the hardest - takes time to warm up and you try to talk yourself out of a run - once I get through the first mile all the others seem to be so much easier. Just my thoughts of the day!

I so totally agree with you, Maizie! Even after 2 1/2 years of running, the first mile is my hardest! (well maybe the 26th is harder... )

DUDE, Sarah, those are GREAT times. I'm way impressed. Running is such a neat balance of distance / speed.

No running for me yesterday... but I swam 2500 yards!! That's the first time I've swam laps in 3 years, I didn't expect to go nearly that far... but running has put me in such great shape that I was able to just keep on swimming!
