    COOL girl Hiit is awsome and works the Body Great it's called HIGH INTENSITY Interval TTraining and I do it all the time especially when I have good times on my runs I am pushing it HARD!!

    GREAT job on the Exercise Joy way to go girl

        Yup I know how you feel if you can find a second hand outlet or look in the papers you may find weights for really cheap. Most of mine are used it's just too expencisve to buy them New. I may have to buy my 35lb weights new though DAMN I can't find anything other then 10's used.

          I just finished Working out WOOHOOOO.

          Shoulder Press Dropset 12x50lbs,9x40lbs,8x30lbs,7x20lbs ( no rest between sets)
          Incline Knee raise Dropset 12xBW,8xBW,6xBW,7xBW ( no rest between sets)
          Shoulder touch Press 10x15lbs,10x15lbs,8x15lbs,8x15lbs, (1 minute rest between sets)
          Decline Sit ups 12x25lbs,12x25lbs,12x25lbs,10x25lbs ( 1minute rest between sets)
          Upright Cable rows 10x80lbs,8x80lbs,8x80lbs,7x80lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
          Barbell Roll Curls 10xBW,10xBW,10xBW,10xBW ( 1 minute rest between sets.

          My shoulders are burning my abs are stiff YAY SO it was a great workout.

            50 situps (DONE)

            Level 2 Workout: (DONE)
            CARDIO
            60 Min Gazelle

            I did 4.63 miles, which sucks, didn't even hit 5 and all the muscles in my legs are JUMPING! I went as fast as my little legs would go! I'm dripping in sweat from head to toe! I don't think that last 1/2 hour is going to happen, unless I get a leg replacement! LOL

              I feel sooooooo worn out now! I love it. I'm not walking straight, everything hurts, but eh, walking straight is overrated, you know?

              Situp & SB Pushup Challenges:

                Great JOB Pam OOOPS on missing that one HE HE, I know how that is though. I think today is rest day I need one I am burnt I may do a short Jont later but, I will ahve to get up extra early tomorrow and do my 2 hours it should be good. Hoping for 10 miles in 2 hours maybe a little more.

                    Well, started today...Day 1!

                    Saturday on the schedule is Cardio, so I did Ramp It Up today and also walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes.

                    I'll have to add this to my signature.

                      That is such an awesome start Qbu! Now, just remember... if you're not used to this.. you may put on some water weight as your muscles adjust to the working out, til your body realizes you're treating it good and didn't just hurt yourself! LOL I am experiencing that myself, but I'm noticing the beginnings of muscle and inches lost too, so don't give up and never fear! Your body will adjust and start shedding! If you exercise a bit already it may not be so bad for you, but I don't want to see anyone stop or get discouraged by the possible weight gain and not know what's going on!

                        Yea, Jas, had that happen when I started the Slim in Six DVDs. Gained some initially, but then had a whooshie, and the inches did come off. I won't get discouraged, and I know that I'm not going to stop. Have too much encouragement and support for either one of those to happen.

                            Good job sadie, you must have had SOME workout! How's the running coming along? I know you're a few days into it, boot camp and life in general is keeping me busy for the moment!
