        i think i should stop dreaming about 2500$ and go to bed..its already 2:43 am..hehe

          Well you gotta try, what matters is if you finish no matter if you come in first or last a marathon is something not many have ever attempted and finishing is the real Prise that's how I look at it.

                Day 1

                so it was the Day 1 of my preprations of 10k run.
                it was very windy today..i started my 2 minutes warm up and when i wanted to up my speed electricty went off wow what a start..then i waited 30 minutes roaming around the house for electricty.
                in the meanwhile Dh woke up..he asked what am i upto wearing my trainers underwear ..and a shirt i told him i am planning to get my self trained for 10k run..he strted arguing heis a lazy *** doesnt even walk when he is home or work i have to get up and bring him everything he wants to eat/drink at bed..he sleeps in the day and keeps playing internet games all night long..so it doesnt matter to me much how he thinks about marathons ..
                finally electricty was back..and i had planned to do whole 6 miles at a lower speed ..but since dh was being a pain in neck i changed my mind..i wanted to do 3 miles as quick as i could..
                so after 1.5 minutes warmup incline 2 ..3mph..i upped my speed to 5 mph incline 2..then after another 2 minutes at 6..i did intervals i dont know after how many minutes but ..i ran between 6mph to 9 mph
                i did 3 miles in 28 minutes i could do better if dh hadnt had to yell after 10 minutes ..he was yelling so i had to lower my speed for 2 minutes to 3mph so i could listen what he is babbling
                so i guess i can do 3 miles in 25 minutes..still not good but hey it was only the day 1.
                after my run my HR was 166..woof!!
                and my face was even more red than a tomato..
                it puts some senses in me that it isnt a child play and 9 mph is way too fast..but i think i will work it out i have almsot 11 months to get used to it

                  good for you getting back on after the power went out

                  that is some speed you can do wow! have fun I hope you did a cool down too on your treadmill and got your heart rate abck down.

                    yes 2big i did 2 minutes cooldown too
                    i walk at 6mph incline 2 effortlessly..and even 7 mph is very easy..
                    after 7.5 i start running

                      after 12 minutes i was so hot that i threw my shirt too:P
                      it is much easier wearing a sport bra and shorts..but
                      i cant run wearing such minimal clothes since it isnt my culture and i am sure i will get killed if i tried:S
                      so i think i should train myself for run wearing everything.

                          and i could do even better if i ran in the morning..i was tired when i started..since it was 11 pm..and after doing my chores running after the kid and cooking i hadnt had much strenght left..plus i had my dinner 40 minutes before the run..and i could feel the blood flow to my heart not a good thing..but i had to wait for my son to go to bed so he couldnt intrupt me..

                              does wanna thinks 6 mph walk is unreasonable?
                              one thing i figured that u can run or walk whatever u want at 6mph may be she runs thats why she wonders.

                                i slept early today while i was putting my son to bed
                                then i woke up in the middleof the night
                                1:42 am..and jumped on TM right away
                                did 3 miles in 25:53 minutes
                                yesterday i did 3 miles in 28 minutes..so i cut 2:07 minutes today
                                but i have to do alot better than this
                                tomorrow will be slower day i will do 4 miles probably on a lower pace
