I just finished Upper Body weight I upped the weights on almost everything YAY me HE HE.
This is How it went
Standing Rows Dropset 8x90lbs,8x80lbs,7x70lbs,8x60lbs ( no rest between sets)
Spider Curls Dropset 8x80lbs,8x70lbs,8x60lbs,7x50lbs ( no rest between sets)
Bent Over Rows 8x120lbs,8x120lbs,8x120lbs,8x120lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
Cable Contraction curls 6x80lbs,6x80lbs,6x80lbs,6x80lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
Front Lat Pulls 8x70lbs,8x70lbs,9x70lbs,9x70lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
Hammer curls 8x20lbs,8x20lbs,7x20lbs,7x20lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
Oh YA BABY!!!!

yOU USE THE sTRIGHT BAR FROM THE bOTTOM PULLY AND INSTEAD OF DOING A FULL DOWN UP MOVEMENT YOU Only go halfway down then halfway up so the Bicep muscle stay contracted it's really hard and I can hardly get 6 of these puppies out. LOL
It's another gooder for fatiguing those muscles

WOOWEE I worked OUT this afternoon! Almost 2 hours!
I got a new exercise DVD, so instead of the ellip, I did that today. It's called Latin Grooves Latin dance workout featuring Gloria Araya-Quinlan. It's 38 minutes of latin dance, with arms, legs. It's very feminine and I liked it alot. I only had to stop once to catch my breath...worked those hips too! Next time my neighbors have one of their big parties (Latinos) I'll be able to keep up with them! WOOHOO! Salsa, Cha-cha, merengue, mambo, and flamenco! According to my heart rate monitor, I burned a whopping 770 calories! Yeah baby!
I'm trying to play catch up on my workouts because I missed Sunday/Monday...and I like to take Saturdays as my rest day...works out better with my family life...so I did my shoulders and abs today too.
Upright rows 20x14lbs, 10x22lbs, 8x24lbs, 6x28lbs
Arm/Leg lifts 3x12 each side
Front Raises 4 sets 8x12lbs
Side toe reaches (obliques) 3x12 each side
Rear deltoid raises 4 sets 8x10lbs
I feel so good...almost enough to go get on the ellip, but I'm not going to.

Hey, you start out with a warm up i use a medium plate which is 2 1/2 kg
(which is on a bar) So obviously one plate on each end. WE go through all the moves.
Biceps,triceps,back,hamstrings,shoulders,abs,loung es,squats,chest its quite intense. YOu do each body part for 5 min about the length of a song.
SO, you up your plates for large muscle groups and take it down for smaller. The squats are a killer! I sweat my butt off in that class :>
The plates range from 1 1/2 kg to 5 1/2kg.
