K I am HERE today I was run off my feet I had like 45 people here most were kids I am sooo tired my Body Hurts will anyone be mad if I just sit and Die today. I may run but really after yesterday and no sitting for over 9 hours my Body feels like it got hit with a truck. If anything I will start out Fresh tomorrow.

Hey Joy I surely can give you some 1 legged exercises for your Legs to do at Home Basically it takes a lot Of Balance But it sure does work really really well.
What you do is stand with your Back to your coffee taple. Lift 1 foot up and rest the top of your foot on the coffee table now Lower yourself very slowly and back up you Probably won't be able to go down really far till you get the balacne and stuff down you will feel this heavy duty. DO as many as you possibly can before to coplete failure this is to really work your legs out Finsh 1 then do the other one try to do the same on both legs this is a superset. 1 legged Squate.
For the Other exercises insead of doing sets of 12 since your legs are rally Strong do sets to failure like set your clock for 4 minutes and do 4 Minutes of toe raises and 4 minutes of deadlifts ETS do 3 sets of these alternating. Find a really great sond and Do the entire song. You will be sore. DO cahair step ups they are Brutal find one with a fairley high step you wil.l be sweating sooo bad it's crazy.

Okay, I can do those. I'll give those a try next week for legs. Actually, for not getting to failure on my legs on Saturday, they sure are sore today. I've found that about 36 hours after a workout is when I start feeling sore. Is that normal?
