Re: Cool Running for the Week of April 9, 2006

Just 1 single mile done today, before visiting my parents for dinner.

All set for my 6 miles on Sunday. I am even going to start off my very own running log. Not on the board, but on a separate spread sheet or something.

I assume you all do that aswell?

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Rich, why not create your own log on this board? I'd love to keep tabs on your miles!

Saturday, 15 miles done on the trail. Took me 3 hours. It was 81 degrees when I finished at 10:30 a.m. Ugh. Three months from now, that will seem COLD.

      Anyway, a good week: 6.3, 6.3, 8.5, 15 = 36.1

Hey Richt, I log every mile with the time for that mile as well as average heart rate. It's the compulsive engineer/computer scientist in me.

Late night 6 miler on the treadmill in for Saturday. Ten miler probably on the treadmill tomorrow night after a large (low carb friendly) Easter dinner.
