3.8 miles with high winds. Today is suppossed to be 70 so I am hoping to go for a longer run. Have only had time to do about 4 miles. Better than not going at all I guess!
OK I am back for real this time. If I go MIA again please feel free to beat me about the head and shoulders. I am registering for one of my races this morning and I only have seven weeks (it's June 11th unless I run one sooner) to train so no more slacking. I want a better time and place than last year in that race and I'm 17 pounds heavier at the moment than I was last year on race day.
5 miles this morning, best run of the year 52:47 (still shaved over 2 minutes off and haven't run in three weeks, imagine where I could have been already). But I need to get back under 10 minute training miles and closer to 9.
3-5's and 1-10 a week for the next seven weeks and I should smoke last years time.
Oh yeah, I only had to walk about 10 yards at the top of my hill at 3.8 mile mark, other than that all running (er jogging, I can't honestly call it running yet)

I was thrilled yesterday that I ran 5 miles at a 12:39 pace (70% HR training).
So, your 5 miles in 52 minutes sounds like sprinting to me. I believe you are
indeed running.
Rich, I love it too .. I am charting my progress in my goal of 1,500 miles this year .. Check it out here .. you will have to zoom out 2/3rds of the way to see the full scope of how far I've come ... I'm more than 1/3 of the way there!
