Yeah we have another Slim in 6er. I have been taking it easy this week so now I have to play catchup and workout for the next four days in a row, sheesh, this is what procrastination gets ya.
At least I'm not sore anymore, I'll do start it up one more time and then the next day move on to ramp it up. Yikes! I'm afraid, I can't believe I used to do burn it up, now THAT was a workout!!

Me too, I did it for two weeks so far and I've already lost 4 pounds, plus 1/2 an inch on my waist. I was too lazy to measure anywhere else but I think I'm shrinking all over.
I'm gonna go home and workout this evening, I couldn't fit it in this morning.

Well, I Ramped it Up Today Yoly. How are you doing?
I was surprised I even got through the *** crampers! I guess the gym is doing something for me after all. I'm gonna throw on Debbie on off gym days. I really do miss her!

The first couple days is Start It Up
Then a couple weeks of Ramp It Up
and then finish it off with Burn it Up
If you can't do all the exercises Debbie will tell you to just march in place, or do knee up/arms up as an alternative.
Go for it! It's a great workout!

Just got my Si6 tapes yesterday - I'll be plugging in the first one in a few minutes.
I did the Power90 program from beachbody last time around and figured I'd try something new since you guys are all so enthusiastic about it! I haven't formally exercised in over a year- UGH. Time to get my butt back in gear.
Wish me luck
(...and sympathy for the aches and pains that will no doubt follow LOL)

Good luck Luna! I just finished up Ramp It Up and I am soaking wet! Let us know what you think. And tomorrow, when you feel like you can't walk, just remember to push PLAY again!!! It gets better, honest!

From what I remember from last time, working up the ooomph to push PLAY was a struggle for about a week. I do remember groaning in agony and walking everywhere with baby steps, wincing.
I remember how awesome it felt though once the pain subsided, and how I'd MISS it if I skipped a day. Exercise was such a high for me.... so here goes!
