Sarah, thanks for that article! I'm doing 25 minutes of HIIT on my ellip. I like his idea of adding one more minute on the 3rd day. I'm going to give that a try.
It was a killer 25 minutes today though. My legs are pretty sore from last night...and because I haven't been doing it, I'm out of shape again.
I got on the scales this morning....just wanting to see how much damage TOM did to my weight (plus the workout last night) and I was down another 1.3 lbs!!! HOLY CRAPPERS!! This is fantastic! Not sure why...but I'll take it!!! LOL
