      Yup that too you can get that Sleepy tea but, it always makes me get up to have to PEE lol. I don't like having to get up to pee.

        25 minutes HIIT done!

        464 calories burned.

        Its hard going getting back in shape...and the stupid machine is starting to give me problems (electrical control panel that's shorting out or something).

        I'm going to do like that article said and do 2 days for a period of time and then on the 3rd day increase the duration. Then the next week, do 2 days of what I did the 3rd day the week before, and then increase again on the third. That should help me build up.

          I finally did it today. After much procrastination.
          210 crunches (100 regular, 50 reverse, and 60 oblique)
          3x12 pushups
          3x12 bicep curls
          3x12 tricep kickbacks
          3x12 rows
          3x12 calf raises
          3x12 squats
          3x12 hamstring kickbacks
          All with resistance band except pushups

          I'm tired, that's what i get for slacking.

              OMG my HIIT session totally ROCKED I was Jaw dropping beat ready to collapse sweating like a PIG it was Wicked WOOHOOO. Just got done the weights as well.


              Friday Shoulders Calves 20 minutes HIIT cardio
              Upright rows Dropset 10x80lbs,7x70lbs,7x60lbs,7x50lbs ( no rest between sets)
              3 minute rest before next dropset
              Standing Calf Raises 10x140lbs,10x130,8x120,6x110 ( no rest between sets)
              3 minute rest
              Shoulder lateral raises 7x20lbs,7x20lbs,7x20lbs, 7x20lbs ( minute rest between sets)
              Seated Calf Raises 10x100lbs,10x100lbs,10x100lbs,10x100lbs( minute rest between sets)
              Shoulder SHrugs 7x100lbs,7x100lbs,7x100lbs,6x100lbs, ( 1 minute rest between sets)

                I got part of a workout in today....family stuff got in the way. I'll get up in the AM and do the rest plus my HIIT.

                Slim 6 pack for abs
                Barbell squats 12x34, 10x44, 8x54, 6x64, 4x64 (I had to have my hubby help me put the barbell onto my shoulders--arms still too weak) At 54 lbs I can't even lift that much over my head--and that's how much weight I've lost!!!!! amazing.
                Dumbell rear lunges 12x34
                Plies 12x34

                Barbell Deadlifts 12x34, 10x44

                  Okay girls...I'm needing support here.

                  I *KNOW* that the weight fluctuates day to day. I *KNOW* that the lifting is going to add pounds...but...

                  I've been adding a pound a day since Wednesday. I'm back up to 216 this morning where I'd been down to 212 on Tuesday. I did move into a new rung this week and I've had 2 nectarines this week. One on Tuesday, and one yesterday. I've had low carb yogurt twice this week, and a low carb tortilla once. The rest of my food was my typical "induction style" eating. Meat, veggies, blue cheese salad dressing. Basically, my eating has been fine. Water consumption is good.

                  I am doing the body for life lifting/cardio routine. My measurements haven't budged either. I'll give it until Tuesday (my weigh/measure) day before I really start freaking out.

                  I guess what I'm looking for is reassurance here LOL

                    It's ok Joy, I am in the Same boat as you a week ago my weight was holding steady at 178 now I am back up to 184 I know it's water retention and it is frusturating. With adding the new food you may have found a food intolerance with the yogurt or the LC tortillas I can't even have a Bit of one of those tortillas and I blow up like a balloon so just keep an eye on that.

                    It will be all right there is no way in **** you have eaten enough to gain that much weight fluid sucks but the weight loss in not a perfect down it will go up and down. I usually go up like 5 pounds Before I drop a pile of weight so maybe that's what you body is doing.

                    Hold strong your measures didn't go up so you have not put on any fat mass.
