      Thanks. Some people still do the Taebo Workouts! They are great
      well tonite I will do Boot Camp Basic and 20 minutes DVD Pilates on the Ball

          Good luck with Basic Training! It's tough, but it's amazing if you keep at it how much more you can do.

          I just got done doing bootcamp abs and my tummy is nice and tightened up! I love the part where he makes all the people hold their left leg up while he goes on a rant! You can see Shelly (his daughter) laughing to the people on the side. Yeah, I do tae bo too much I know!

              I love the boot camp dvds. I never did tae bo before but I was looking for a new video right when they came out. My legs are still really tight from Sunday so I'm hoping this will help stretch me out a bit.

                What did you do on Sunday?
                I am doing the Boot camp elite too, never did Taebo. The first DVD is way to easy, I dont even do it anymore
                The second is Ok, the lower body is Ok too, the third for the abs is OK too, I normaly do Either mission 2 or Lower body Or Fat Blasting Cardio any given day + MIssion 3 Rock Solid ABs (I do the Abs workout every single day)

                  I take a potassium supplement cause it seems to help with any muscle cramping. I rely on it especially with the way that Billy pushes your body to the max!

                    I played a double header of softball. I catch so it was like doing squats for three hours, lol. i haven't played in so long that I forgot what it felt like.

                          Well Ladies I did the Basic Training but it was kind of slow. I did it with the weights and the bands but still.... I will do the advanced today

                              I just got finish with Bootcamp Cardio Live. It's faster than basic and I like the good workout it gives you in 30 mins. I like basic cause the slow pace lets me concentrate on doing the movements correctly and building strength. I haven't gone to advance yet, but maybe I should push myself.
