    I am in a sz 8 jean now but they are snuff in the thighs. I would like to be a comfortable/loose size 6. I am guessing I will have to weigh between 140-145 to do that. I am very small chested so I make up for the weight in my butt and thighs!

      5# down from induction, you are doing GREAT! Add the exercise and your shape may change before the scale does

        True.

        I truely think I am going to put the scale in my husbands truck. I have, in the past, thrown my scale away but in the long run it just cost me 30 bucks to buy a new one!

        I am very happy with my 5 pounds. I stayed on induction for an extra week because I had a major oopsie. I think I am going to stay on it one more week and then move one to OWL. I want to add more fiberous veggie because I am have some 'potty issues'.

        I have some nice clothes that are size 6 ( I was a size 6 for about a day and a half last year!!). I will be happy when I can COMFORTABLY wear them. Even when I bought them they were a little tight.

        I just tried out my DVDs. Boy did I look dumb! If I couldn't figure out the move, I just kept moving in my own way. A few more times I should be able to figure it out. There is a little workout calendar in the guidebook I think I will follow. It's a four week plan so it will be about the same lenght as the rest of my husband's deployment.

          Totally hear you on the looking dumb. I actaully do Walk Away the Pounds for that very reason, I don't feel so clumsy and uncoordinated, it's just walking, kicks, side steps and knee lifts. It's not pilates, it's not a hard core dripping sweat work out, but it does the job.

          Can't wait to hear about your progress!!!
          What is it, a RACE? It's coming off, right????

                OH MY GOSH - I AM SORE!!

                I am sore in places that normally don't get sore!! What a great feeling though. I actually had to take some pain reliever! I am going to do it all over again today. I might have to hold back abit because of the soreness but I'll work through it.
                I really am curious what I can do in 4 weeks!

                My body is holding on to some water, assuming it from my recovering muscles. Hopefully it will whoosh out some time next week.

                I know a bubble/epsom salt bath will be calling my name this weekend!!

                        I found Turbo Jam just for the reg.1 dvd, not for reg.2 (Europe and such)
                        I wanted to try it because from the website it seems very good!

                          WTG on doing cardio party. Are you doing a routine? I am following the beginner routine in the book, but not with the days off as listed, just the routine.

                          Yesterday I did the 20 min work out and AB JAM. The floor work was really intense. Last wednesday I had a really bad case of the 24 hour flu as well.

                          Good news though: after 5 work-outs I can already fit my "skinny jeans" that I couldn't even do up laying down.

                          I can't get the train song out of my head LOL.

                          Do you think Chalene's sister looks better than her?

                            Totally YES about her sister!!

                            I am doing the Advanced schedule, I modified it a bit though. I added Abs to the 20-min workout on the first week. I also only have one day off, not two. I made my own schedule in Microsoft Word and printed it out. I have it hanging in the basement. I but an "X" through the day after I complete it.

                            So far I am really liking it.

                                I did cardio party today. The lunge-kicks were hard to follow, I just made sure I kept it going.
