        You are doing so great. I bet your clothes are fitting better, unless you are still retaining water because you are working it By Friday for SURE though you will see something in either the scale or the inches. You measured, right?
        What is it, a RACE? It's coming off, right????

          Yes, I measured. Hopefully I will see some results by the end of the week. I am going to start doing the turbo sculpt more often so I will probably start retaining water again for a bit. Agh...oh well. It's temporary!

                Well, I started but then my kiddo wokeup so I had to stop, he was having one of "those" morning. Oh, well I will give my body a needed day off. This will be the first day off since I started a week ago. If I get everything done tonight that I need to (we are going to Grandma and granpa's), maybe I work out later tonight. If not, these always tomorrow!

                    Im still doing TJ, I didn't want to hijack your thread. I do at least 40 min a day. So if I want to do AB JAM I do that as well as the 20 min work-out. Today I did Turbo Sculpt. I sweated every minute of that. I gave up following the rotation for beginners, I am just not happy with only 20 min of exercise on some of the days.

                      Your not hijacking my thread...I'll gladly share!

                      I did Cardio Party and then cardio sculpt today (minus the floor stuff, I was a little short on time).

                      I do at least 40 min. too. I either do a long routine or put two of the short routines together (i.e. Abs and 20 min.)

                      Have you tried the Booty DVD yet? I haven't even opened it yet even though I should probably be use it the most, if you know what I mean!

                        I got my DVD's two days ago and just tried the first part - learning the steps and Learn and Burn. It was fun! I'm pleased by how little space you actually need to do this. I had to stop for a few minutes but I got back in for the last 5 minutes. I think this is something I can stick with.

                        Just for FYI, I started cutting carbs in February or March (not sure), and lost some weight. So I officially started Atkins in April, read the book and all (thanks to SugarFreeSheila.com), and lost 30 pounds altogether so far. Had surgery last month and was on an all-liquid diet (juice, jello, pretty much all carbs) and sort of fell off the wagon. I haven't gained weight back, thankfully, but I'm going back on induction tomorrow. I am in a carb funk, though, with headaches and stuff. Yucky. Looking VERY forward to going back to Atkins.

                            Today I did the 20 min work out and the standing half of AB JAM. Yesterday's Turbo Sculpt really did a number on my back muscles.

                              Just checking in to let you guys know that I've injured my right shoulder, no heavy lifting or exercise for 2 weeks. My treadmill might actually get some use!!

                                I am back!

                                I was out of town over the long weekend but I did to workout 3 of the 5 days I was gone. I took my DVDs with me. I did the DVD's on two different days and the uses my parent elliptical on another day... for something different.

                                I had a little slip up while I was there ( it happends EVERTIME) but nothing major. I will get back into swing of it all tomorrow~

                                Stackristen~ so sorry to hear about your shoulder. Atleast you have a back up though! Hope you have a speedy recovery!
