I just ordered Slim in 6 a few days ago and I hope to have it by the end of next week. I really haven't exercised much except for walking, but I will be committed to doing this program - even if I have to march in place while I catch my breath (I read that on this board somewhere
) My Problem areas are really by butt, thighs, hips and abs which I understand that this exercise program is particularly suited for. So is it really brutal for people who are out of shape? Am I taking on too much too soon? What do you think?
