Wednesday was treadmilling and yesterday was the same circuit as Tuesday, I did 2 sets of 15 of:
Leg Extension
Seated Hamstring Curl
Leg Press
Seated Lat Pulldown
Seated Row
Tricip Press
Shoulder Press
Chest Press
Upright Fly
Bicep Curls
Crunches 3 different - 100 total
I didn't add treadmilling on the same day...it was a little too much for me right now. And I'd like to use my energy to get up to 3 sets and then start increasing weight !!!
I'm doing more reading and I might be changing things up again and follow another routine, still thinking about it though!
i DANCED AND DANCED AND DANCED Last night it totally rocked got asked to dance from a ton of HOTTIE guys can you say EGO boost YA BABY it was awesome I danced for almost 3 full hours strait and wasa out till 6:30 am BAD me I went to my frineds house and we visited for hours OH man this is what it's like to have fun WOOHOOO!!!

I ran hills for 45 minutes on my Treadmill went 3.5 miles or a bit farther and then I walked for 10 minutes today. I didn't need to do much more this weekend I dance all weekend for my cardio. I'm tired but hey 8 hours sleep(I had a nap) in 2 days well, I can functins LOL.

Sunday I did an hour bike ride with my DH and my stepson. Let me tell you that my butt is SORE from riding that bike! LOL
Monday morning I got up and did an upper body workout.
3 sets of 12 for all the muscle groups. I didn't write it down because I couldn't find my journal...and I almost used not finding my journal as an excuse for not doing the workout. But, I got in there and did it.
It went something like this:
Chest flyes
lateral raises
hammer curls
tricep kickbacks
bent over rows

This morning I got up and did 30 minutes on the elliptical at resistance level 5. HIIT...slow/fast. This felt similar to the walk/jog workout I had the other day. The plan is to do some more cardio when I get home tonight. Walking/jogging or bike riding OUTSIDE.
My arms and chest are SORE today.

Saturday Aug 5- Cardio 30 mins on Treadmill
Sunday Aug 6 - Rest
Monday Aug 7 - (Arms) Shoulder press, modified pushup, lat pull down,Bicep curls and tricep curls & 30 mins of Cardio
Tuesday Aug 8 - Cardio 45 mins on treadmill
Wednesday Aug 9 - Skipped working out - Worked late!
Thursday - Plannind double duty Lower Body and Cardio (30mins Treadmill)
I ahve had a ton of Kids and haven't got done the exercise no excuse but, I cleaned rearranged and everything man my house looks good it's taken me 5 hours so far so I'll count that as my exercise.
