Hey Sarah, tonight I did 90 minute jog intervals with 2 minute walking recovery intervals (as suggested for Couch to 5k) I'm happy about my progression! I've got to buy a pair of running shoes.

nah this week is sooo slacking I hate it I am tooo tired looking after this baby Hey you think one of you could start the new Sept Thread and copy paste all the stuff over. I would really appreciate it I have just not been able too MAN babies are demanding. I worked out how much sleep I ahve got in the past few days well since MONDAY it's about 13 hours I feel sick tired and crappy!!!!!!
