Hey everyoneI have been staying with my bf alot. Personally I live about more then an hour away so he usually picks me up. So i'm at his house right now wondering if there is certain exercises that can help me lose weight that doesn't involve machines.
For example how many times should you go up and down stairs to concider it a good work out. For it to count as burning fat.
Any Tips I'd really be greatful. Thanks!

), wiggle a lot in my chair & do buttclenches at this computer!
...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
