I've noticed lately running seems to be taking it's toll on my knees and back, I run on concrete, though not many miles a week (15-20), but it still seems to be causing me issues.
I bought gel insoles for my shoes yesterday and am buying some new shoes on the weekend.
Just wondering if anyone else has this issue, and if you have any suggestions for good shoes or insoles for shock absorbtion? I've worn Asics Gels in the past and I liked them..my shoes now are Nike and i'm not really happy with them.

. As much as I hate running on a treadmill, that's most likely where i'll end up doing alot of my running in the winter as it gets too cold and slippery here. My main reason for running outdoors is my dog..he needs a good 2-3 miles a day
. Actually he could go alot farther if i let him LOL.
and the weather is good.
